Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
To Whom This May Concern,
This is perhaps one of only two songs I like from Ke$ha.
Why you may ask? Well, this song reminds me of last year when all I really did was go clubbing.
This song really captures that feeling of getting ready and pillaging the night. I remember getting so excited when it was time to buy clothes for what my friends and I dubbed as themed club nights. Getting all jazzed up and walking to the club buzzed is perhaps the most liberating feeling someone can experience. It’s the idea that you are the shit, and to be honest, no one can steal your thunder.
As we know, Ke$ha is not good at storytelling. However, sometimes they do provide a visual, and this one is pretty exciting. For some reason, she makes me want to splash glitter on my face and call it art, maybe even wear leather chaps with nothing but a gold chain around my neck. Isnt that a visual?
Sincerely,
Patrick
