Death of Print PT1
Today I went into the library to use one of the computers. Next to the computer was a stack of old card catalogs. Instead of using them for their initial purpose, which is to categorize books and their location, they are now used as scrap pieces of paper for note taking. At the price of digitalizing and using technology, we have to disregard the former practice, which is now considered obsolete. How sad.
Post Script For sure I’m taking a stack.
