Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
To Whom This May Concern,
Having spent 5 days in Copenhagen, Denmark and 2 days in Malmo, Sweden thus far, I must say the cities are beautiful. These two countries are perhaps one of the best well kept secrets of Europe among travelers. Sure there are tourists here, but not to the extent of other European cities such as Paris and London.
I love this city for one reason alone: its pace. Perhaps it is a cultural thing, but the people and city life appears to move at a slower pace than that of a city like Los Angeles. For instance, store hours are from 10-5 and on the Sundays, most stores are closed. It seems that people are in no rush to get to their destination, nor is there a sense of urgency to get a lot of stuff done within one day. The city is definitely for leisure. If youre looking to really unwind and take things easy, Copenhagen is your destination.
Love,
Patrick
